- Tachi-waza Session (Technical practice) — 7:00pm to 8:00pm — Ages 14+ Suitable for beginners
- Randori Session — 8:00pm to 9:30pm — Ages 14+ For competitors
Friday practice times
- No-gi Session — 7:00pm to 8:30pm — Ages 14+ Suitable for beginners
Mat fees
- 1 Session — £4 per session
- 4 Sessions — £12 payable in advance
Currently only cash payments are accepted on a session to session basis.

All you need is
Judogi and Suitable Footwear (Zori)
For new starters jogging bottoms and a t-shirt are all you need, judogis are available to be borrowed at the club.
